Post my 0 mana War/Mo

This is my random team arena build that I have found works fairly well in PvE. I wanted to post it because it is an unconventional build that has some rough spots that need smoothed out.

Criticism is welcome.

Healing-8
Smiting-12
Strength-2+1 (helmet)
Tactics-6 +3 (superior)
Axes-8+1 (minor)

Live Vicariously
Mending
Signet of Judgement (elite)
Bane Signet
Purge Signet
Rez Signet
Disrupting Chop
Dismember

Live Vicariously and Mending cut me off from all mana regen, but also function to keep me fairly immortal. Mass knockdown from the sigs as well as that nasty disrupting chop are very effective. The rough spot is Dismember. I have tried replacing it with Watch yourself, Healing sig, and Bonnetti's defense. I have not yet found anything that really works well in that slot.

As I said suggestions are welcome.
